Barb Wire, 1996
Premier Technology, home of the Gottlieb pinball name, closed its doors on July 9th, 1996. As reported by industry sources, Premier had suffered three years of insufferable financial losses.
Producing nothing but pinball and similar type redemption pieces, their final game was "Barb Wire." Unfinished games in various stages of construction still remained on the line as well as half completed new games still in the design stage.
